135g is the standard 12" record weight, while 192g discs are extra thick for the best audio quality and durability.

Two step plating produces a mother and a stamper and allows to easily create new stampers if they get damaged during production. One step plating is cheaper but riskier and is only acceptable for one-time short runs under 500.

Pressing grooves on only one side of a record will drop the set-up costs by half, since only one master lacquer and plating of one stamper will be needed.

One set of stampers will allow pressing of up to 1,000 records. When you repress, the mastering and plating costs do not apply again up to the first 1000 total pressings. For larger runs, please contact us for a custom quote.

We always print 1,000 labels because shorter printing runs are not cost-effective, due to set-up charges. Leftover labels will be used when you repress. All colors are process colors, metallic inks and PMS colors incur additional charges.

The minimum run for custom printed jackets is 500. We use your leftover jackets when you repress. Special packaging, please contact us for a custom quote.
